Never thought I would see a red eye, in a can, in the US. At a small get together. They have a pay phone in their loft. How cool is that! Newest addition to the family of hand carved sculptures. My room without a view in Hawaii. At least there are palm trees. Nice!
Wonder why Harley was stuck upstairs for most of the day. Hawk perched on a tree limb in our backyard. A friend posted this. It sums our issue up in Atlanta very well. Thanks Molly. Very cool customer HQ. Reminds me of Jen's favorite show; Ugly Betty.
Not your average rental car. It's very SMART. Favorite way to end the day. Roaring fire, cold beer, yummy dinner, and great company. Jen and I are taking a CPR class. Must be near the state line when your hotel is near one of these billboards.
Working on replacing the deck railings today. They sell drool cleaner? Really? Really.... Who needs to rent a truck when you have a SUV? Enjoying a large backyard bonfire at home with Jen.

They must be shooting a movie in Chicago today? My tiny room on Wacker Drive in Chicago. Heading home. Heading back from playing some blackjack. Our team lost today; play tomorrow. I switched teams.... Long story. Had, all you can eat prime rib dinner with mike for $13pp and gambled a bit.
Circus Circus room, not too bad for $23 a night. This is my crazy drive back through Red Mountain from Durango to Grand Junction. During this 1am drive, I nearly escaped hitting a massive deer. Saw another one on the side of the road who was about to cross the highway. Saw a silver wolf having a late night snack on the side of the road, and to top it off, saw a fox chase a rabbit across the road. Wild America! Another day at the office. Power poles going up at 6am on the grocery side. Been here since 8pm. Made it through a maze of winding cliff side roads from Grand Juction to Durango!
Colorado from above. Got milk? At Starbucks ATL airport. Going to Dallas. Making elbows and meatballs; out of spaghetti. The recipe looks like a NFL play sheet now. Lol. Very impressed with the classroom setup. 1st one here.
At the NCR training facility in Peachtree City, GA taking three days of training. When DIY goes too far for car repair. This is a car parked next to me at a Walmart. Driving to Salisbury, NC. Here's a photo of the new raised garden attached to the firepit I built last year. This project is done. Next is rebuilding the deck.
The raised garden is done. Jen just finished planting most of the veggies. In Iowa. Lots of windmills and corn fields. Big Arrow! Maybe the Bow will be in Storm Lake, Iowa? Super long day of travel; ABQ-SLT-MSP-SUX then a 1 1/2hr drive. Stuck on the tarmac going nowhere in ATL.
My motel for tonight in Carmi, IL. Don't ask why. Building Jen a raised garden. Building off the back of the firepit. At an Ingles near Macon, GA. Wonder if they have FSA items? Maybe they should label items which are not FSA. Funny. Crazy snow!
Burning some rotten chairs. Snowing in ATL. No, I didn't bust my seat. It was broken before I sat in it. It's fixed and I'm on my way back to DC. Cut firewood for 3hrs.
Merry Xmas everyone! Crazy busy Atlanta airport Coming into Salt Lake City on my way home to ATL. My peeps in Boise, ID.
Got snow? Should get a nice sleep on this 4hr flight with an adjustable seat. Oh yeah! Downgrade in DC. Removed the meager ladder bookcases and replaced them with much nicer bookcases next to the living Room TV/console. Our Xmas present to each other this year.
Put up the Xmas lights today. Leaves are better than snow. Leaves are better than snow. Repeat. Got a $2 bill in change after paying a toll after going over the lake to New Orleans. Then I got upgraded to first class on my flight going home. Nice way to start the day. Room upgrade just outside of New Orleans. Just wish Jen was with me so she could use it.
The boys are wearing their new winter coats made by their grandma. Nellie is too elusive and won't let me put on her new pink coat. Jen will provide a pic when she's home to put on her coat. Could I be in a Wal-Mart commercial today? NCR's newest SelfCheckout R5 model. Currently offering on-site support at corporate store #100 in Bentonville, AR. Would be odd if my sister lived here.
Driving from Portland to Salem. Man... that moon was bright when I was able to see it through the fog. Ready for another Safeway install. Wrapping up another install. Today went very smooth. Only 10hrs! Need a couple beers and a good steak before flying back to ATL tomoroow at 6am. Holy Cow! These are big and they sell them at Safeway. I'm heading back to the hotel. Long day. Just finished. Can you say Free upgrade!
