- All individuals interested in becoming a mentor must complete the application process
- Mentors and mentees will be paired by the Mentor Program Committee based on the completed application, the mentor strengths vs. the mentee’s areas of opportunity, and the mentor’s professional accomplishments vs. the mentees personal and professional development goals
- The mentor and mentee agree to communicate a minimum of two times per month for the next 12 months
- Mentors and mentees are expected to keep all commitments to each other while participating in the program
- The mentor and mentee are each responsible for their individual expenses during the program (i.e. meals, coffee, parking, etc)
- Both parties must maintain strict confidentiality to allow for a safe and friendly environment conducive for sharing and learning
